guys, wanna ask something.
my neighbour demolished and rebuilt their hse and now their balcony concrete wall alot higher than mine, 2meter higher which block my view. can i complain to council or take any action ? my hse is semi D and i have alrdy signed agreement too allowed them to rebuilt b4 they start the work. but i dont know they will raise their house platform level 1m higher than mine, and now balcony wall 2m higher.
advise needed... thanks!

WTA designer delay my work

Hi guys,
My house start reno at january.. designer promised to be done by april. Buy he keep pospone and pospone until now..!
End up i told him i i will charge him penalty 200 per day start from august.. he agree but we never signed any agreement regarding this. So im afraid end up he will not let me to deduct penalty charges from balance when make final full payment. (Paid 70% alrdy)
Actually i also didn't signed the quotation he quote me when we start reno.. everything deal by mouth. So if really he refused to pay penalty, can i say that i never agree on the price he quote and not giving him full amount?

i wonder how come their rate differ so much.

refer to exchange-rate.org:
11 March Rate 100yen = RM3.701
citibank charge me RM3.73

18 March Rate 100yen = RM3.78
citibank charge me RM4.05

how come citibank rate so much higher on 18March ?

think we need to beware of using credit card oversea.. they can simply charge us with any rate they like.
better bring more cash next time!

hi all,
my S&P signed at 28 May, im seller and lawyer just call me up said everything already settled and ask me pass the key to him. but im currently out station ,will only back in 3weeks time.

so now it's already 3months from the date i signed S&P. althought i've not yet take the money.... will buyer charge interest on me if i refused to pass the key within 3months? what is the 3+1 means in S&P?

1. my house bought at 2006 , if i sell it now which within 5yrs , do i need to pay RPGT?
2. how to calculate RPGT i need to pay?
3. if i can wait another year(after 5th year), no RPGT right?
4. im already received 2% deposit from buyer, and gave him a receipt.. but not yet sign the s&p. not even find a lawyer yet. if now i cancel the deal, what action will he takes against me?

Help- Can't sync microsoft outlook notes

hi guys,
itunes seems like crash the microsoft outlook to sync notes with my WM6 PDA. everything else sync perfectly, just the notes got error.

after remove the 'apple mobile device support' at control panel-->add/remove software, or uninstall itunes, it back to normal.

i just bought ipod n want to use itunes...but the outlook notes is also important to me.
any way to solve it?

monitor calibration - Spyder2pro

anyone here using spyder to calibrate their monitor?
i found it gives different result on different monitor.

calibrate on samsung 22", 20" and dell xps m1330 led monitor, all different result.
both samsung is closer, 22" got more contrast and vibrant color.
the dell xps result is totally different with samsung.

thought it's will be same by using hardware to calibrate... but...
have u guys facing same problem?? or something wrong with my spyder ?
