Not sure if there's an existing topic but my search didn't turn up any result.

Anyone here build their own pedal or done mod to any of their pedal? if you have, let's share what you have done here and maybe add some photo's, sound clips and videos. we can also share problems i.e part sourcing, schematic, etc. and even recommend someone reliable who can mod pedals for other members in this forum.

i'm only interested in pedals, maybe DIY guitar electronics i.e pickup, special wiring, etc could be a separate thread.

Practice amp hunting

Hi guys,
i'm looking for a practice amp (bedroom). been doing some reading and so far locally i have these 2 amps in my list. i need opinion from those who actually own these amp on sound, performance, etc. i mostly jam to CD - rock and a bit of metal.

i've tried the KH15, for the price and cool factor, it's on top of my list. a very different clean and dirty sound from my marshall lead 12 practice amp. the only complaint is the 6.5" speakers. the bugera V5 is tube so its in a different league but for around RM200 extra from the KH15, its a good buy. just worried abt user complaints on realiability.

other amps i like but out of reach - Marshall Haze, Vox Night Train, Marshall MG15 mini stack.

ASUS P4P800E USB help

my USB kaput last year but no time to send for RMA or repair (kept box in storage and receipt in there) and no spare board at the time. i got myself a PCI USB card as a quick solution but lately its giving problem - can't recognise some USB stuff, burned 2 thumbdrive, etc. anyone has a fix for this? thanks.
