Desktop ramdom freeze

Hi sifu here,

I have my problem with my desktop recently, that it start random freeze up then restart with beeping.

example:
watching youtube suddenly freeze including audio, motherboard will "power down?"(power light go off then back on) then startup with beeping rapidly.
I'm not sure about what causing of it, RAM? CPU?
note: I already resitting all the RAM slot GPU slot.

Spec:
intel 2400 i5
gigabyte GA-Z68AP-D3
4+4GB kingston RAM
Asus 6770
1 SSD kingston savage (OS)
3 HDD from WD (storage)
FSP SAGA+ 450w PSU

I will be there at Menara UAC for few days training (8hr+/- training per day). Since I live in Ampang area, not familar that area.
what bus transport No. can get there? or you can tell me which parking area have low parking fare or fixed rate so that i drive there.

I plan to renew my car license during.
However i checked online, jpj site said they only operate during weekday while others non offical site said is JPJ operate both weekday & weekend if in UTC

however the cheque does not have my complete name on, it cannot add again it because the missing name is at front.

Acer 4736 power issue

i encounter problem that my laptop having auto off issue when ac power unplug, the laptop shut off after few seconds, i replaced the battery the problem still occur.
in the nutshell,
ac on with battery = laptop on
ac off with battery = laptop off after few seconds
note: the battery been replaced with new one

Need Help about old PC

i got a pc from a friend since he say do not need that pc anymore.
since i wanted give to my cousin who need a pc.
so i do some check up to the pc.(cleaning dust)
after that i boot it up
1 boot very slow loading windows xp
2++ normal not very slow still aceptable.

soon i realise that the hard disk storage size was small for normal very (if make to 2 partition).
so i swap a newer harddisk(which is still working but larger size)
but bios cannot detect the newer harddisk,stuck at detecting the ide and keep restarting
if i swap it back to orginal harddisk that i remove then no problem on boot up.

processor : intel P4 2.4 Socket 478 mPGA
mobo : Winbond W83697HF
harddisk : WDC WD400BB 00JHC0 40GB IDE
newer harddisk : maxtor diamondmax 10 80GB (i got 2 disk one of the disk was used on my intel P3 before and one for backup).
OS: Windows XP home edition

i found that pata = ide ?

any sifu can help?
