I would like to seek your kind opinions & advice's about buying second hand car then refinance it to gain some amount of money but in lower interest rate. Is it a good choice to make? A good friend of mine offering me a bargain price of his evo 8 but in cash term.

Hi my bro's

I'm new here and would like to seek your kind advise and opinion regarding :-

I'm just resign from my 8 to 5 work and presently I'm doing a freelance work for O&G which I'm getting paid on daily basic, 5 figure income per month without any EPF or Sosco. Whilst I'm getting paid RM2000 ~ RM3000 / month F&B investment from my friend. I've registered Sole proprietorship business type (Enterprise) account with maybank. Herewith need your kind advise :-

1- Best way to manage my income for my next year income tax. Both income shall be on my Sole proprietorship account ?
2- I'm planning to buy a house next year, seems I not have any EPF is it ok?
