Original local set vs original imported set

Hi All.

May I know what's the difference between an original local set and an original imported set? If I buy an original imported set from a famous local seller and they provide a one-year guarantee, does this mean it's going to be OK?

Hi. Can anyone recommend a suitable coffee place or restaurant in Subang Parade, Aeon (Carrefour) Subang Jaya or Subang Avenue that is suitable for private study/discussion? Of course we'll be buying coffee while we're there and won't be staying longer than one hour a week. Thanks.

What can you get for RM400k?

Hey to all you experts out there. My aunt is looking for a 1,000 sqft apartment or intermediate terrace to stay in. She's in her forties and single. She's not too picky about the location as long as there's shopping facilities nearby and the area is not too isolated. An LRT or Komuter station would be ideal but not essential. She's been looking at Kajang, Sentul, Putrajaya, Semenyih, KL, etc. She's not all that familiar with the Klang Valley but she'll have her own car. She's semi-retired and now gives English tuition to uni and secondary school students so some sort of college town would be great. This is not an investment property for her but of course she would like to see her property appreciate in value in the coming years. Her budget is around 400k and she doesn't have to worry about financing and all that. Would really appreciate your suggestions and advice. Thank you.
