May it serve as a lesson for all of us or maybe just myself.<br /><br />Here goes the story:<br /><br />In 2004, i had a business partnership to open a bakery cafe shop with a friend. To cut it short, i decided to leave the business since my partner keeps spending money. And also heard from other friends that she claimed the partnership was over. Her husband was in the uptrend business and been using the phone in the cafe for his business dealings and it seemed to billed up to RM6k&#33; That too was i got from the indonesian worker who comes complaining how these couples been flaunting the money.<br /><br />I have requested to withdraw from the partnership but she would sign off the ROB papers. now the sad thing is after 6 years, Telekom has decided to send me a lawyer letter to black list my name due to the outstanding RM6k. What shall i do when i in the midst of getting a house and many thanks to these scroundels, i spend sleepless nights to think it through. <br /><br />There doesnt seem to be a way to protect ourselves when partnership turns sour over time or maybe there is which i am not known of. But now i am haunted by this RM 6k telekom bill which i fell they do nota deserve to be paid for.
