Hye guys.wanna ask if anyone of u here had any experience using online medical card.is it reliable?

I just signed up for Onemedical etiqa takaful on 30th october 2022.

I bough for my wife so 2 policy in total.
Rm198 for two so rm198 for both.annual limit rm160k no lifetime limit
Right now only my policy just appear in the apps.means it takes a long time for them to review my policy.around 10 days.after buying for 2 days ,i called etiqa my name not even in the system.

Should i just cancel the policy ? Im afraid even the registration process tooks ages to settle..not even mentioning claim process..
