Hi guys,

did anyone working under this position "Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking"?
according to the head hunter, this post is related to CEO / CFO / MD of the company, get them signed corporate credit card and swipe (using it).
and will be entitled for commission. also to provide financial solution to them.

How was the basic & commission scheme? is it good?
How was the environment working under this?
How was the toughness of this position?

Please advice as I'm thinking to change line of business from building materials.

can i get 100% loan for sub-sales?

hi all,

I was told by a friend that I'm eligible for 100% loan by the bank even for sub-sale house (as I purchasing my 1st house scheme).

Is that true?

Is there any limits for the value of the house?

Career As HSE Auditor

Hi there, looking for experienced sifu here for your advice.

I been working as Mktg for 5 yrs now and wish to change the business line.
While looking thru, I was interested to know more about Health & Safety (either oil & gas or construction).
While the prospect can lead into auditor & highest become consultant.

After checking thru some info at www.niosh.com.my there only Executive Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health and there is no degree course.

Basically I target to be an HSE Auditor. So, if I take the the below courses is it sufficient to get involve as auditor?
1. Executive Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health (under NIOSH)
2. OH&S MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AUDITOR/OHSAS 18001 LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING COURSE (by SGS)

Is there any others requirement needed?

reason, it is difficult to find someone experienced to replace my current position....

therefore, he counter offer me
basic 3k + commission
5 days work
8 days AL
12 days PH

shud I stay?

Hi guys... i'm in the dilemma now....

current working~

Export Division - working for 1yr & 2mths now.
Position Marketing Exe
Earning : basic 2k + 800 allowance
commission earn : last yr record - from May-Dec 15k (monthly pro-rate RM 1850) (monthly paid basis)
annual leave : 8 days
PH : limited to 12 days only
others benefits : none (maybe travel on business purpose)

New job offer @ Courier Service Company
Indoor sales exe (doing tele-marketer)
Offer basic : 2.5k (no allowance)
commission earn : being told around 3k - 7k quarterly (quarterly paid)
Annual Leave : 14 days
PH : not sure
others benefits : parent medical cover as outpatient

for those experienced forumer, kindly advise me whether should I accept the order or not?

hi there,

I need advice from the expert here

My BF admitted since last Thursday due to Appendicitis and he is recovering now...
at the moment, he is still depending on the Glucose drips and cant eat or drink.

but now he starting to feel hungry and very thirsty...

After the without depending on the glucose drips, what type of milk or soft food he can take?
Can he drink Milo with milk to ease the hungry? is that enough?

cos we are working outstation & his parent unable to take care of him...
While I'm working in the day time and will be able to visit him after office hour.

Your advice is much appreciated.

Stress from works

hi there....

I been stress at works for few months back....
I will only able to release when having sex with my bf...
But sometimes my bf tired from works and did not feel into it... so I will not force him.

even thought i tried to get some exercise but I getting harder to sleep at night.

Am I normal? I don't think that due to my self satisfaction. It just that make me release my thinking from the work stress!

Please advice.
