URL redirect for windows server

I'm planning to redirect my website URL but cant use the 301 redirect using .htaccess since i'm on windows server...
Is there any way to redirect my address eg. from www.mysite.com to www.mysite.com/newpath using server side configuration on plesk panel?

I seems to have problem connecting my streamyx email from outlook.

username: myname@streamyx.com
password:xxxxxxxxxx

outgoing server: smtp.streamyx.com port:110
incoming server: pop.streamyx.com port:587

anythign that i miss out??

Hi all! I just need your feedback on my shop new website...
First attempt to built such site, am sure there's alot of room to improve here, anyway...

1. how can i improve the SEO and attract more visits beside posting it here
2. You think this site is secure enuf? what else can be done. At the moment its just as a catalog site. In the future would go for full ecommerce and use the https.
