hey guys,

so ive been working out pretty hard for a while now, and ive been taking dymatize whey protein shakes with milk..no problem, and theyve been working pretty good.
problem is that im also pretty skinney and loads of people have been telling me to get on a mass gainer and i did.

i started dymatize super mass gainer a couple of days ago and the problem is that ive been running to the toilet with diarrhea a little while after maybe an hour or 2. i took it with milk first with a pretty big scoop and i think i destroyed the apartment of the people that live below me..

so i started lowering the doses and taking it with water and it seems to be alot better..except that i do run to the toilet but it isnt sooo bad and my stools are not solid...

is my body just getting used to it? or what..?? i have no idea!

pls help me out...thanks

Hey guys,

I'm planning to take an evening course in Event management in Australia. The class will held every mon and wed 6.30 -9.30pm and classes in Sydney will be commencing on the 10th of Aug while Melbourne, 24th of Aug. This course only lasts for 10 weeks.

Problems i'm facing :
1) which city would be better? I've heard that Sydney people are unfriendly and its unsafe yet it has better fun While Melbourne is the opposite.
2) what kind of visa should i apply? and where should i apply?
3) Is it easy for me to get a part time job since i'll be free most of the time ? and does my visa permits me to do so?
4) I've heard that the living expenses in Sydney is very high, do anyone know where can i get a lower rate for accommodation?

This would be my first time traveling to OZ for months and i'm really looking forward to it. The purpose of going there for months is to gain more experience + traveling around and working cum studying part time. Please do advice me and i really hope someone could guide me through this! Because im planning it all alone!
