Hi all,

I just received a quotation from a contractor to extend the kitchen backyard single story. total size of extension is 22'L x 10'W x 38'H. Price breakdown as below:

a. concrete footing, 3 units (3'x3') - RM1350
b. ground floor 1' x 4" concrete beam, (38') - RM1140
c. ground floor concrete base c/w BRC (10' x 22') - RM1100
d. ground floor 1' x 4" concrete pillar, 3 units - RM900
e. clay brick c/w 2 side plastering work (38' x 10') - RM3800
f. 1' x 4" roof concrete beam (38') - RM1140
g. roofing c/w cement roof tile (14' x 20') - RM10080
h. kayu bakau x 27 units - RM350
i. demolish work a& clear rubbish - RM300
j. new concrete table (27') - RM810
k. giant dustbin - RM280
l. to fix zinc gutter UPVC drain pipe - RM600
m. to hack & plaster chemical cement - RM1700

total RM23550

Is the price reasonable? Appreciate some advise coz I'm new to this

Need help!!

This happened yesterday. Pictures below tell the story

Received BSOD while playing modern warfare. Then suddenly the graphic turned fuzzy and pc hang.

Once restarted, the rest was history...

Currently using Galaxy 8800GT. Is my GC kong??
