SPM student , Working for 6 years , PT course?

As per topic, I'm looking for a course to study most probably in HR / Marketing
I am 23 this year and been working since i graduated from my secondary School ( SPM )
i have 5 Credits for my SPM result ( include BM + Bi + Math ) . Would like to inquire what are the procedures to continue study to Degree / Diploma Part time ( After Working Hours ) . Unfortunately i cant study full time cause i don't have any financial support from my family so i need to pay the fees by myself.. and what are the process for Loan for studies also? So sorry for asking hopefully someone can help me as I'm not familiar with college / Uni life .

* Is it possible to take scholarships as well if i want to take Full time studies?
- No parents , got 1 brother studying in college .

Reason : err... want to secure the job opportunity in the future cause many companies need Diploma / Degree above..
Currently working as Exe Level but afraid wont be able to go for higher level when age 27/29 due to qualification ..

CyAC presents the Dota 2 Asia Challenge! This marks the beginning of a new series of CyAC tournaments, aimed at Asian Dota 2 teams looking for serious practice and to hone their skills.

Starting from 4th October, the tournaments will be held every weekend. To participate each team is required to turn in two Dota 2 keys. These will be used as prizes for the tournament as mentioned below:

I am looking a good adjustable absorber spring , but i dont know which brand is good for myvi lagi best ( as i know the brand is MINES , GAB , both of this is good use for lowered car ,and actually i just change the ROTA RIM 16inci x 8jj ,Do the adjustable spring can fixed the problem of hitting car when fetching people )

Beagle for adoption

Recently I just moved in to a house with only a house mate and the owner have a pet dog ( beagle ) thats staying in the balcony.. its staying in a rough area and no place to run about.. anyone would be kind enough to adopt from it?? i've already inform the owner and the owner doesnt stay in the house .. he always go overseas... only sometimes me and my housemate buy some stuff for it to eat.. but since we are still students we cant afford nice food for it.. the owner already agreed to give it out for adoption for a small amout of $$... i told him if can be given out for free but he says he will sell it... i dont want him to sell him cause hes a very obedient dog and if sell it will go to those no good owner... anyone up for some adoption?? preferable someone with a yard or onground house... ( owner asking for Rm500but negotiable.. i know it consider as selling but really hope someone can take care of the dog..

i will do a small interview

1. No unnecessary tying/caging up.
2. Maintain medical needs (vaccinations, deworming, heartworm prevention etc.)
3. Allow visits in the initial stages of adoption to ensure dog is adjusting well.
4. Unconditional love

To help determine if you and the dog you're interested in are a good fit, would appreciate it if you could email/text a brief intro of yourself, your experience with dogs if any, your household situation (what type of home you live in i.e. landed or apartment, whether you have other family members/friends living with you etc.) and any other pertinent info.
