Unlawful Salary Deduction

hi Guys,

I am doing account in my company. On one day, I help company to book exchange rate to pay oversea supplier.
After I inform my boss he said okay to book the rate verbally. When I have book the rate my boss asked me to cancel the booking because he foresee the exchange rate will be lower.
But I cannot cancel the exchange rate booking with the bank after I booked. Then my boss blame me make company losses in exchange rate when exchange rate go down.
And I was force to monthly salary deduction to compensate for company losses without black and white agreement.

Dear wise guy here I need seek ur advise on this matter....
What should I do?

Dilemma in choosing company

hi guys,

I work as accountant.

I just join this Y ,construction company and have started to work around 5 days.Before I join this new company I have went for interview with other companies.
I find myself struggling to get use to construction accounting
as it consider a messy thing.
If I get a job offer from service industry and higher paid, should I go for it?

Will I be look bad in my current new company if I want to change to other higher paid job?

Hi bro and sister here,

I just finish my first half root canal treatment. It so much painful and expensive. The cost itself to treat the root canal is RM1,000.
Yet i was informed by dentist that I need to pay another RM1,000 for crowning or choose cheaper one by putting screw that will cost RM350.00.

Got any recommendation cheaper and good dentist in KL?

My mind just not feel peaceful and can't sleep and waiting for housemate to come back.
