maxis validity 90/365

recently i have port in my number to maxis, I giving this number to my father primarily to received call, and sometimes make a short call, my intention is to get the validity 90/365 plan.
Approaching maxis few times and been told the validity 90/365 no longer available to their new register user with the new sim card, in other word all the new sim card will be force to using #hotlink and we can't choose validity 90/365.
Anyone can confirm if this true? I really don't want to port out the line again....

Hi,
Can anyone enlighten me how should I go to register block of public IP address? example, I would like register block from 201.168.1.1 until 201.168.1.254 subnet mask would be 255.255.255.0.
Would appreciate any suggestion and advise

Hi,

Anyone know who's the good Pediatric Otolaryngology/ENT can be found in Malaysia?
My daughter has a very bad nose blocking, she can't sleep well, lot of time she is crying at night and continuous coughing, went to see many Pediatrics but they just gave flu and cough medicines which doesn't make my daughter become better.
Any recommendation will great appreciated.

Selling house with lock-in penalty

Hi,

I intend to sell off my house, but the house is still under the locking period of bank, my lock-in period is 5 years, this is 3rd years, due to finacial constraint, i plan to sell my unit, based on the bank offer letter i have to pay 3% of my total loan amount if I want to sell my unit within 5 years.
Is there anyway I can have this reduce or perhaps waive? I hear that if i able to get the new purchaser to get the loan from the same bank, the penalty will be waive...

Revise of BLR

Hi,
My housing loan had just pass over lock-in period, the entire tenure of my loan during lock-in period is BLR -1.1, I know some of the bank now is even offering BLR-2.3, so it is not worth for me to continue serving -1.1, i phone the bank according to them i can ask for revise of my BLR so that i could get more lower interest rate, but then i need to lock-in another 5 years, why is the lockin period will impose to my loan I'm not asking for refinancing.
