How to auto clear cache in website?

Hi all,
I develop website totally in HTML, and i update my website everyday.
my question is: How user can users can see my update everyday without they click F5 in every single page in my website?

i try this coding before but only work on IE. the rest firefox and chrome still you need to push F5 in every page.

4. Upload it to www.facebook.com/visionkl Fan Wall and remember to tag yourself and tag at least 8 friends of yours. You must upload it before 12 noon of the 22nd March 2011.

5. Canvass for votes from your family members and friends by getting them to 'Like' your picture.

The 10 entries with the most number of 'Like' will proceed to the final round. A panel of judges will then decide the winners.
