            <description>I have a confession to make regarding on this company that I am working with - M360 / ONFM, one of the company under MBI (yes, that MBI that you know).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This company claimed themselves as a Ad-Tech company that focuses on advertising and technology. They also have this online media platform that has been around for 2 years. Most importantly, the highest management there has no idea about the industry and they are just bull-shitting about how good they are. They&amp;#39;ve treated their staff so badly that they themselves created politics in their own office, and insulted one of the manager in front of everyone on just a small matter, and yet has nothing to do with the person. The best part is, that manager is leaving soon yet they are putting all the blames and bad mouthing about him&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So to all the lowyat masters, please take caution and spread the news to your friends or boss or relative - NOT to work with this company on any projects (Unless they give you a lot of money). If you are going in as a staff, don&amp;#39;t. The headcount has been crazy&amp;#33; They disband the whole department that only around for 2 months, saying that they are not performing (but the truth is, these highest management did not give any direction and has nothing concrete for then to sell). The staff has been going out because of this bad management and bad politics.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So hear me out, take my advice.</description>

            <title>SONY / Retailer Replacement for PS4 Status</title>

            <description>Seems there are quite an amount of people had problem with their console and sent to either SONY / Retailer. Most of them are left hanging and some even receive ridiculous treatment. Let&amp;#39;s start off with a thread so we are all have an idea of how fast / how slow the process is from SONY / Retailer. So let me start off first.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;Currently From: Selangor Malaysia&lt;br /&gt;Purchased From : Qisahn Singapore&lt;br /&gt;Issue on console : BLOD (Blue Light Of Death) i.e, no signal on the hardware, no safe mode, and blue light never turns to white.&lt;br /&gt;Console reached on doorstep : 21st December 2013&lt;br /&gt;Console sent to repair : 21st December 2013, @ The Curve Sony Service Centre&lt;br /&gt;Console to be replaced on : &lt;b&gt; (Tentatively on) 5th January 2014 @ SONY Service The Curve&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qisahn allow for an exchange in a period of time given by them, but I will need to ship back to them and to wait them diagnose. So I&amp;#39;ve decided to send my console to The Curve and they told me they need to diagnose it. I was mad as they don&amp;#39;t seem to understand the issue at first, where this &lt;b&gt;new console&lt;/b&gt; can not be fixed if it&amp;#39;s hardware problem and there&amp;#39;s no spare part for it, which been stated at other gaming media site as well as US support that I contacted with:&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=3795504]&lt;br /&gt;So their argument that their technician need long time to diagnose is invalid. Unless Sony Malaysia Technician is world number one and they are the creator of PS4.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve been calling them up at least twice a day &lt;i&gt;(to SONY and PlayStation Asia. Not to mention, all the post on FB page, and twitter to any PS related account.)&lt;/i&gt; since then, and finally the technician called me on the 30th December 2013, telling me that they will give a replacement in 7 - 14 working days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was furious and called up to CSC ask why is with the long wait, coz 2nd batch is out during that period, unless they are giving me a new batch one. If not it is just not making sense at all for me to purchase the 1st batch. So they rang me up on 31st December and told me that hopefully, they can replace the console back to me by 5th January 2014.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still waiting for their call, and I&amp;#39;m all exhausted already after what I&amp;#39;ve been through. I hope the console comes back in a perfect condition.</description>

            <title>PS4 - Blue Light of Death</title>

            <description>If many of you are aware, this&lt;b&gt; Blue Light Of Death&lt;/b&gt; is no stranger to you, especially for those hardcore PS fans.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I&amp;#39;ve just got my PS4 Camera Bundle today which I&amp;#39;ve preordered from &lt;u&gt;Qisahn (Singapore)&lt;/u&gt;, with 3 games on hand - Battlefield 4, Call Of Duty, and Injustice Gods. Like any of you, we all got excited when it arrives at your home, with that feeling of &lt;b&gt;&amp;quot;Damn my christmas came early and I&amp;#39;m gonna stick my butt at home for weeks before getting laid by girls&amp;quot;&lt;/b&gt;. So I unwrapped my parcel and gosh, amazing console, fantastic look, and hell somehow all the price hike from the government has seem unimportant (for a short period).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=3780050]&lt;br /&gt;Beautiful isn&amp;#39;t it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But happiness never last. Things that I&amp;#39;ve feared the most before my arrival of PS4 happened - &lt;b&gt;Blue Light Of Death.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://kotaku.com/ps4-blue-light-of-death-has-no-clear-fix-yet-1465979487' target='_blank'&gt;http://kotaku.com/ps4-blue-light-of-death-...-yet-1465979487&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve connected everything accordingly as instructed and my TV shows - &lt;b&gt;No Signal&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve checked again on all the cabling, and I even change the HDMI cable as I read somewhere that Sony&amp;#39;s HDMI was a cheap one. But still - &lt;b&gt;No Signal&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m starting to get panic, a &lt;i&gt;dejavu&lt;/i&gt;. (And I&amp;#39;ve tried it for 1 hour).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;3) Updating the software -&lt;/b&gt; Ok I&amp;#39;ve downloaded the update into my USB, plugged it into my console but same thing happened, no signal. Worst part is, my console can&amp;#39;t detect both my USB and dual shock. Bare in mind that my dual shock is working when I plugged it into my laptop to charge its power.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;4) Remove the hard drive and replace it back again&lt;/b&gt; - Tried and still no signal. It&amp;#39;s like giving the console a CPR but no sign of life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;5) Power Supply&lt;/b&gt; - Tried it few times but it&amp;#39;s the same, no signal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Losing my faith, I called Sony Service Centre The Curve @ 1300881233. But funny thing is, the operator told me to call at PS service centre @1800814963 (Apparently this is the PlayStation service centre). Now things just got interesting - As usual, I&amp;#39;ve addressed the issue and the guy confirmed with me that - &lt;b&gt;&amp;quot;Your hardware got problem, send it to service centre.&amp;quot;&lt;/b&gt; I was like wow, that was fast, and this shows that they are aware of this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With no choice, I have to send it to the service centre at The Curve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Packing up the console with a mixed emotion of anger, frustration, disappointment, and sad. I drove all the way to The Curve and look for the centre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I told the counter about the issue and all she can say is that &lt;b&gt;&amp;quot;You have to leave it here for a minimum of 7 working days for our technician to diagnose and check. Then only we can give you a feedback where is the problem and then only decide whether we are to exchange it or not.&amp;quot;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was like WTF are you guys not aware of this issue?&amp;#33; One more thing is, they said they can&amp;#39;t do anything if it&amp;#39;s purchased from Singapore because it is not a Malaysia regional. Correct me if I were wrong, but isn&amp;#39;t Malaysia and Singapore and the rest of South East Asia sharing the same warranty regional?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href='http://ap.ign.com/en/news/10388/sony-introduces-regional-warranty-service-in-south-east-asia' target='_blank'&gt;http://ap.ign.com/en/news/10388/sony-intro...south-east-asia&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was like, did you guys even aware of the news? I should have take a photo of the people there who said this to me. I might be wrong with the news, but if it were true, then this people shows no professionalism and they are basically not getting the latest updates with their newly launch products&amp;#33; &lt;b&gt;Shame on you Sony Malaysia&amp;#33;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I told them to double check on the warranty and I guess they somehow realize that they are wrong, or maybe they don&amp;#39;t feel like wasting time on me. Now I have to wait for their feedback on whether or not I&amp;#39;m getting an exchange, or pay for service, or this console will just say good bye to me with no refund or whatsoever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Such a disappointment on Sony Malaysia. Frustration on the service. Who should be blamed?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Qisahn (Singapore) - Which I&amp;#39;ve made my order?&lt;br /&gt;Sony PS4 or the supplier - The broken hardware?&lt;br /&gt;Pos Laju - For maybe broken up the staff when they are doing their job?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'&gt;&lt;b&gt;P/S: US Region have a strong community where gamers feedback and words will not be taken lightly. What about us in Malaysia or SEA? Is there any strong community?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Damn this is shit&amp;#33;</description>
