Beware of Toyota Service Center Kepong

Please be aware about the fraud case of the Toyota Service Center Kepong because they are cheating the customer by saying that they changed the engine oil but they did not.

This is what happened to me. My Camry has reached 3 years and I do not plan to send back the car to Toyota since already out of warranty. My car is very low mileage and is a weekend car. It is below 20k after 3 years and service at Toyota Service Center Kepong since day 1.

I sent my car to normal workshop yesterday after 6 months from the last service at Toyota SC Kepong and mileage only 2500km. When the foreman poured out the engine oil and it was so dark. I have a few cars at home and all the cars sent to workshop myself and I am very sure that the engine oil cannot be this dark at 2500km mileage. I know I was cheated by Toyota Service Center Kepong. I am not sure it is the whole service center involve or just a few dirty staff in there.

I heard many cases before but first time happen to me. I cannot make any formal complain since I do not send the car to Service Center anymore. I just want to share my experience to everyone here.
