Hi all sifus, gurus, experts out there!

This is my first time building a rig, so wanna inquire for some advice beforehand.

Basically, will be using it for video production, 3D rendering, of course some leisure gaming (eg. the upcoming BF4, COD Ghost.. and future gaming technologies ).

Wanna build a rig that last for couple of years without any major upgrades.

Below is my planned rig:

CPU Casing: Corsair 650D Obsidian
MOBO: Sabertooth Z87 LGA1150
CPU Processor: Intel Core i7-4770k LGA1150
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600mHz (8GB x 2)
GPU: GTX 760 Direct CU II
PSU: Corsair HX850 watts gold
SSD: Hyper X 3k Kingston 120gb
HDD: 1TB WD
Cooler: Hyper N620 Cooler Master

Budget ~ RM5xxx

Any bottlenecks/ loopholes in the build? Is there any better build around RM5xxx?
