courses for food safety

hi all, for intro. I was graduated in 2012 degree in science. However my current job is not related with my degree that i took, and i had been working for 3 years. Now i am interested in learning about food industry on becoming QA/QC or food safety supervisor/inspector.

Should i take diploma in food management or is there any institute that provide such learning probably in 3 months or 1 year period in Johor Bahru? Please help me

Dilemma

Good Morning. Anyone ever work as Wealth Specialist in Ambank? I interviewed for Operation Officer but no vacancy so the manager give me this position.

At same time, i did sign contract as Business Development Executive with other company and will be start working tomorrow. My parent want me to take job at Ambank but i refuse because its 100% sale and im still new to it ( sales in bank kinda agressive) cant get sale targets then be kick out.

Im totally blur, my dad warned me not to regret one day. Why i cant have chance to make my own life? ;(

Hello, just want to know some opinions regarding job hunting.

I am Sarawakian, fresh graduate and currently unemployed. Just resigned last week for position as Management Trainee for this advertising company, because my parent pity of me always back home late every night. I am actually degree in Aquatic Resources Science and Management.

It is really hard to find a job which is related to my field yet in Sarawak i consider it is very hard to get a job. My Parents want me to work as administrative or clerk but mostly the requirement of those jobs need at least some experiences and most of the company prefer Chinese or someone who have good command in Mandarin. I currently took Mandarin course to strengthen my vocabulary and learn to talk fluently since i have basic Mandarin which i have learn from my university.

Is there possibility for the employer to reject my application just because i am degree holder? As many vacancies ( Admin, clerk etc.) the qualification are spm,stpm & diploma holder. They might thought they cant afford to pay more for degree holder. I do felt frustrated about it, i just want to gain experience working as admin or a clerk and do not mind about the salary.

I am thinking to take certificate in Accounting, Finance or Administration, is it recommended to add up my skills since i can't depend much on my field (Aquatic). Should i ?

Perhaps any employer can offer me a job as Admin Assis or Clerk in Kuching? im willing to send my resume n CV..
