Hi Hi, everyone

I am a masters student, currently conducting a research.

I need help from lecturers to allow me collect data in their classes. My target respondents are student samples, but so far the number of samples I have collected is very little.

Duno whether any lowyat forumers who are lecturers and willing to help me to collect data.

I will print the hard-copy questionnaires myself. Will take about 4 to 5 minutes of your class time to complete the questionnaire.

Next year I'm official graduate from my University. The question conjure up in my head thinking that is the name of the University makes a difference? Some of the colleges are actually giving "tips" to the students and they can really score high marks. As for TarC diploma students almost 40% of them get straight A. My question is " Does the market really care where are you from?" For example, Taylor's second upper honor, Sunway's second upper honor, and Segi's first class honor, which looks better and have better employability?

Any LLB students here?

Izzit that under this section, it means that despite the facts are wrong, but as long as we believe the facts that its true then it is considered as misrepresentation provided we can prove the facts why we think it is true on that time?

Regarding law matter

Here is the problem that swirling me around, I'm now studying business degree, somehow i don't really like it and wanted to pursue a law degree after obtaining my business degree..

My question is can i practice in Malaysia which means do i satisfy the requirement of taking the C.L.P exam? Because i dont have a STPM or A level certificate..

Can anyone elucidate/ explain to me the path way of being a lawyer in Malaysia without holding a STPM or a lvl cert.. Thx alot
