Changing XP Pro to XP Home

Hi guys.
Well,i've have a problem.
At my place we used thin client architecture where as all the PCs are bootable via LAN - Server.
My vendor had mistakenly installed Win XP Pro while i've bought Ori XP Home.
So the question here is,How can i modified the wording at the picture below to windows XP home without formating.
Any solution ,maybe via regedit or anything?
OH,ill pay RM100 for a tweak at regedit to change this word "Professional" to "Home"?

im interested in obtaining RHCT cert. , ive been googling for a while and had acrossed a few institution such as Infomatics, and others..but there is no info about the cost of obtaining this cert. and even the cost for RHCE cert.
Is there any good information of where,and how much is the cost for those certificate?
As a fresh grad, i would like to have those cert for an impressive resume,and more knowledgeable as open-source is the "IN" thing now.Any suggestion for good certificate for a fresh IT grad to start his career?

i need to made a converter from my company using C++;
the problem is -
fetching the text in text file;

the text file:

where i need to read the words with "#" as the breaker to get to the next word by line;
ie -seek #he and get "SELAMAT tahun Baru" and write in file

im using seekg wich im not familiar with and got error ;help plz or do u hv better way plz do not hesitate to comment!

PHTML - how to read n edit?

as what i know .phtml is suffix that is the same as .php or php2,3..
but then how to open and edit it in dreamweaver as it does not recognize the .phtml
,As i googled,ive accroosd Google.groups
