China milk tea Chagee etc killing local Tealive?

I remember a few years ago local brand Tealive/Chatime very popular and expanding everywhere

But past few years there seems to be a change with so many China brands like Chagee etc expanding everywhere instead

Is it like car industry where local/other brands are getting killed by China brands?

DASH highway road very uneven on purpose?

Anyone who has driven on DASH highway knows the road surface is very uneven, especially the elevated part over the housing residential areas

Was the contractor told to make it uneven on purpose so that you find it difficult to speed on the highway? Cos if you speed and crash into the side barriers at high speed, the vehicle would plunge down and kill many people living in the houses underneath?

If other highways can have road surface so smooth, why on DASH is so uneven road surface?

I am going to use an old iPad2 as a digital music source and stream from Spotify etc. The iPad should be able to output digital via its USB cable, so I am looking for a cheap USB to Coaxial/SPDIF/Toslink digital to digital converter which can then connect to my AV system which only has coaxial/SPDIF/Toslink input. I dont need a DAC. Anyone know where I can get what I need? TQ
