My health issues

So I'll begin with listing them up. I'm a guy btw

big, dark circle around the eyes

overly sized thighs and buttocks

dry skin in which white spots always appears. this is most annoying when it gets to the face, at the sides of my lips. when it does, they are usually present with pain when in contact with water.

low stamina and strength

over sleeping, lack of willpower

very rough hairs and unsettled dandruff issues

crackling lips for the last 7 years

Unhealthy digestive system, feces are hard, and I fart too much. this is really embarrassing.

bad breath. i vrush and floss regularly though.

over sweating.

Hardship of getting asleep at night. maybe even insomnia

issue resides in the lack of willpower. however, I have very tight schedule. Almost every night I have meetings extending from 8PM to regularly 1a.m. And no matter how active I am throughout the day, I rarely feel sleepy before 4a.m. It's taking a toll on my studies and social interaction. I usually sleep extensively from 5-1 P.M., missing classes and wasting a lot of productive time. At the evening, I spend time doing work. I just couldnt squeeze time doing exercises.

Any basic and light exercises that could alleviate these problems? I'm not looking for a quick exit, these are 15 years of lazyness. Any advice to improve willpower as well?
