Hi,

So, I am a fresh graduate and just recently signed a contract of 1 year with this company. However, the contract states as below:

Probation Period: N/A

Notice of resignation or termination : N/A
during probation period

Notice of resignation or termination after confirmation: One Month

My question is:

1. Is it normal for contract jobs not having any probation period for new joiners?

2. Am I still considered confirmed or still under probation?

3. In case of me wanting to resign, which notice period should I follow?

Sorry for the long and winding posts. But I would really appreciate your input in this matter.

What type of product should i get for my hair?

I'm a guy with a short to medium wavy hair (not too coarse). The problem with my hair is when i put on products on them they get wavy and have that unnatural look to them(different for people with straight hair). So,i'm looking for a product that can help me style my hair and hold them in place but wont make it hard and looks quite natural and soft preferably cream based products not gel or wax. Any recommendation?

1.where can i buy original housing for the SE W995 in Kelantan?

2.Do sony service center sells them? At what price for the fullset?

3.What are the difference with AP, local ori and real ori housing?

4.How much would a store charge to put the housing back on?

I have a Sony ericsson W995 but the volume rocker/button is a bit sunk in so its hard to push as it is not as responsive.So,i would like to know how much it would cost for it to be fixed.It is the volume down button only.I appreciate any input.Thanks...
