Unable to Access Facebook & Apple

Hello guys,

I hv encountered this problem months ago which is:
I can only access any webpage on my pc just fine(direct cable connected to DIR-615, Win XP)
but i cant load facebook through iPhone apps / Safari/ Chrome, (wifi)
sometimes it loads but without latest update, when i "pull down to update" it stops there, only blur images in the news feed post, and i cant load any video.
I can use the message funtion sometimes but everytime when i send emoticon it shows fail.

same happens to my housemate who can't access to facebook at all but other pages. (wifi)
sometimes if i switch off/switch on the huawei modem it helps my housemate to be able to get on facebook but only for a short while,
whenever they can access facebook, my pc failed.

Until i installed Win-7 yesterday,
I realize that i couldnt open facebook/apple.com anymore on my pc (cable), either firefox/IE but i can load other pages like google/youtube just fine.
Weird thing is, my iPhone facebook app works perfectly fine now. (wifi)
Still, i couldnt access facebook with Safari/ Chrome apps.

I tried to turn off and on HuaWei again, sometimes i can load facebook on my pc, but after a few mins,
firstly the chat bar will disconnect (showing connecting to chat countdown)
and there it goes malfunction again.

I have tried to flush dnd on command prompt (ran as administrator),
delete chrome cookies and all browsing data,
adding https in front of www.facebok.com,
check the host file and it's empty since i just install my Win-7 but nothing works.

Im on Win-7 Home Premium 64 bit Unifi 5mbps package
Is there anything to do with my router?
Yours help is greatly appreciated and sorry for my broken english.
