I have finished paying my 1st loan,10 years And I'm so happy! At least I have my own nest even if I'm unemployed......touch wood!!!!

The next thing in my mind is buying the 2nd property.
I've picked 3 properties;

The 1st is a semi-d, freehold 500k

The 2nd is a low cost flat, leasehold, sub-sale 130k good rental

The 3rd is a low cost flat, freehold,sub-sale 70k good rental

I heard that when a borrower had finished paying the first mortgage, the bank will lend the borrower 100% loan as a first loan.
Subsequent if I want to buy the 2nd property, the bank will lend 90% and if the 3rd property it would be 70% ?
Is it work this way?

And now, how do I exercise my right to buy? I go for the most expensive property mentioned above to get 100% loan or just pick 2nd and 3rd property?

Thank you for your opinion

How do I know if the property is a value buy?

The property is a leasehold apartment and have many amenities tenanted with students.
I never came across the price of the property in the same area shoot up 40k in less than 2 months . I am not sure if I am chasing the price. The rental is break even should I take up the unit.
May I hear your opinions?
