Rusty water filter or ?

I just bought a new water filter last few day,

and after 3-4 days after, I found out this thing at one of the filter,

I dunno where should I post my stuffs but since it is related to health prob, I guess should be here right

Hi,

She is a terrier and she just gave birth of 4 babies 2 weeks ago.

They already open their eyes but they keep on barking sometimes untill my neighbors also complain because of the ''sound pollution''.

So what should I do now?

But then today my fren told me that the power of AVR must be higher than PSU.

So is it true?

What will happen if I use the AVR that its power is lower than PSU?

Is it worth to change the motherboard for lap top :

Computer technician told me that it is not worth to change the motherboard because it might cost me a lot,

He advice me to get a new lap top rather than repair this old lap top.

So what is the opinion of you all?

And may I know what is the motherboard model for this lap top and how much does it cost? Thanks !

Overheat? & Overall

Just change my motherboard(FOXCONN G41-MD PM LGA 775 Intel® G41 & ICH7 Motherboard) to DDR3 and ram to DDR3 as well today.

Also bought a new 300W Acbel 300W PSU (temporary use since got no FSP SAGA here)

But I found out that the temperature is a little bit high after I change to this board.

Normal firefox surfing net also the CPU tem goes up to 63c and 50c for graphic card(38 for motherboard).
Fan speed 2500

Here is the image of my computer inside, the power supply fans is facing the cpu, will this cause heat to the cpu and graphic card?

Here is how I trying to do in order to reduce the heat, blowing with a standing fan.

So should I add another 1 or 2 fans in order to reduce the heat?

How long it takes for applying Streamyx?

I passed up my streamyx form on 17 July to install phone line and internet

The officer told me it will take 1 week to process and install phone and internet..

but till today (28 July) I not even receive any call from telekom or tmnet to install phone or internet..

How come they work so slow one ~.~

Is it it need to take 1-2 months to apply streamyx?
