Ram missing after win7 up to win10

After upgrade to window 10
Found out 4gb ram reserve
Window Can detect 8gb but onli 3.97 useable
I have try de msconfig unchecked de max memory setting and de paging setting
Have change d ram slot
Edi update the bios
N now reset to factory setting edi
Still same
Help!?

I was using item A (2H sword)
+198 str
+82 Dex
armor was at 7119
when i compare it to item B(2H axe)
+200 str
+114 Vit
it show -0.3% protection but when i change it it actually show increase in my armor to 7281
Is it a bug ? or does the protection mean other thing beside armor?

Pc Freeze->BSOD->Cant boot up

When i play game either online or offline my comp suddenly freeze the BSOD
i try to restart my comp but is just wont boot up but fan is running though
i have to unplugged everything then next day is ok edi
happened twice in 2 month time
