Error During Install window 7

here i am again.

I trying to install a brand new window 7 to my pc.
But i get is a bunch of error.
1. File:\windows\system32\winload.exe.
2. File header checksum error (sometimes)

I tried win 7, win 7 sp1 , win Xp sp3, XP sp2 , Hiren's boot
but all error.

Motherboard gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H REV1.0 (2009)
athlon x2 245
a new bought HDD.

what is the cause of these error?
sombody help me pls.

So this is my friend's pc.

Ahtlonx2 AM2+
Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-US2H MOBO
RAM 4gb 2 pieces

so,the pc is show BSOD before the login page comes out.
Even safe mode is the same error BSOD also.
then i try F8 repair my PC or recovery,all failed.Hang or BSOD.

after that, i decide to format it.
when i boot my window 7,error occurs again.
winload.exe is missing or corrupt.
I change another window disc or window XP but it didnt work at all.all error.
Hiren boot also HBCD error.

then i try new HDD.still the same.
i try different RAM and different slot.same also.
change HDD RAM or EX-CD ROM.
all doesnt work.

Few error occur and show
:File header checksum error. (i had reset CMOS.no more for this error.)
:winload.exe missing or corrupt (when i installing window,i had change hdd but still the same)
:sometimes will hang in ''press any key to boot'' or ''bios empty''

Help me pls.I need to solve it urgently.
what is the error between?
MOBO?BIOS?
processor is working fine.i alrdy check.
