Never, ever get too complacent

We once said we'll love each other forever.
We once trusted each other to never let go.
We once dreamed the day to walk in the church together as couple and leave as husband and wife.
We once promised to grow old together.

But. Our story ended after 7 years, recently.

Who would've thought, that was the last trip we'd ever experience together.

7 years ago, I was your entire world. I had my own life and did not give you enough.
You're smart enough to learn to be independent for me.

As the years goes by, you still put me as your number one, but I didn't.

You wanted to settled down, I wanted to first secure a better financial future for us,
even though you're more successful than me.

Was it really for us, or my ego?

As time goes by, I was in the darkest moment in my career goals, you were shining bright like a star.

You never gave up on me, but I gave up on myself.

You kept growing, I put my life on pause.

I took you for granted, never would I have thought that one day, we'll be on separate paths.

Finally, my career is skyrocketing, but it came with a cost.

A cost which I paid by giving it more attention than you.

When I'm finally ready to marry you, you started to have doubts.

You said you were really sure of us before but now you have doubts, and tired.

And so, what once were our future story became something we can only enjoy as memories, deep within our hearts.

Thank you for all the years, it was truly my best youth. I love you, and I'm sorry.

Time goes fast and life is short.
Its a miracle that two of you come together this close and spend years together, but love, relationship requires management.
It requires the both of you to keep working on it. Once one of you stopped keeping it warm, no matter how fiery the flame once was, it'll die out.
Always work on communication with each other, put them as your first, but never your world, and never, ever lose yourself in a relationship.
You're supposed to grow with each other, not become a baggage for another.

If your partner is the one, hold on to it and make extra effort everyday.

They say love grows a person, and it's true. I hope you can grow when you're in it with him/her, not after.

Low cost ways to transfer MYR to USD?

Hello all, first of all, i apologize if I posted on the wrong place, this seems like the most suitable place for this question.

I am a undergrad student who studies in the US now and I am looking for some cheap ways to transfer MYR to USD online or offline. (online preferred) I do some small business in malaysia via internet and have some MYR sitting in my bank and i want to transfer to my us bank account or paypal.

I looked through Western Union, money gram, regular TT, paypal. Fees are rather high :/

Any recommendations from you guys?

[WTA] iPhone 4 maxis 3g problem with gevey

I've got an iPhone 4, USA model, unlocked with gevey sim and using maxis right now. But i cannot connect to the internet via 3G, i already checked all my settings to ensure that data surfing is ON, but still, i cannot connect to internet via 3g.

Do you guys know how to solve this problem?? thanks!!

Actuaries in Malaysia

Guys,

Im currently majoring in actuarial science in HELP university college,

i would like to know the major difference of studying overseas cuz im in the American Degree Programme (ADP) so i'll transfer to there to finish up my final two years, but the costs are really expensive, so i found another alternative university UTAR , also offers the actuarial science course.

However, i heard some people say in Malaysia, the actuaries that graduated from overseas get paid much more higher compared to locally graduated actuaries ( they both having the same qualifications)

Is studying in overseas so important? and how does an actuaries working life would be and how will be the pay in malaysia?

Now , im having confusions to continue in HELP, ( so called to have a even better future if graduated from US) or to save big bucks by studying in UTAR.

I would like to know the job scope of an actuary at work and will actuary be on demand in the next few years?

How is the pay or incentives like? and their working life?
