Wish to get opinion about condo car park as most of people prefer lower floor car park. How about those condo project with basement and also above ground car park, any pros and cons? For example B4 vs 8th floor car park, both are also 4th floor away from ground, are they the same?

Condo unit next to lift

Hi, I'm planning to buy a condo unit but not much unit available left, managed to get a corner unit next to lift, but have some concern whether it will be noisy or not if living hall sharing the same wall with lift. Will developer consider this factor? It's a new project, wonder if the noise issue still happen for new condo or not.

I try to search some PC store like PC depot, they don't sell Edifier speaker.

Cannot display chinese character

I just sent my laptop to Toshiba for claiming warranty.
They had replaced my HDD and reload back win7 Home Premium 64 bits.

But I found that after I install some chinese software, the chinese character cannot be displayed. It appeared as random symbols.
Before they reload my OS, no such issue.

System no boot, NEED HELP

Today I found my laptop not able to boot into windows 7.

It took long time to load the windows and then it will automatically restart and ask you to run startup repair or start windows normally.

Tried startup repair, no help, unable to run successfully.

Tried safe mode or repair your computer, no help, after loading windows files, I just received blank screen with cursor only.

I try disable automatically restart, and try reboot again.

I get BSOD with error message, UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

I try to boot into F2 or F12, ntg happen but getting beep noise.

You guys have any idea? I hope it is not hardware issue, I don't mind to reload OS but before that I need to backup my important data.

Can anyone help me? Thx.

Simultaneous wireless and wired network connection

Asus O Play HDP-R1 Audio Output Quality

I just purchased Asus O Play HDP-R1 media player, satisfied with the video quality, very crisp if using HDMI output.
However, I felt disappointing with the audio output quality, especially when connected to my Home Theather system. The volume seems uneven when playing music, and the bass was not strong. If I play music through DVD player, the sound is very nice, deep bass.

Is it related to sound card? Or settings issue? Any solution to improve the sound quality?

keep asking for WEP key

I have an issue on my dell desktop pc.

I am using DLink wireless USB adapter, every time when I try to connect to router/modem, it will ask for WEP key, even though I key in the correct WEP key, it prompt us to key in again.

Anyone has idea on this? Thanks a million.

Cant display chinese character in "epub file"

I used to read novel/article using Adobe Digital Edition Software in computer.
Recently, I have downloaded chinese novel in epub file.
But when I open the file, it cant display chinese character, it shows funky, question marks or squares symbol.
Do you have idea to solve this issue??

Outlook 2010 block unsafe attachment

Today I received an email from client, and I found that Outlook has blocked the attachment from sender, and marked it as potentially unsafe attachment.

Is there any way to unblock the attachment access? Thanks.

Microsoft Outlook 2010 issue

I encounter an issue on my Outlook 2010, I was unable to paste image which captured by snipping tool or Paint into Outlook during reply mail. When click paste, the image/picture wont appear, and I also having issue when pasting table from excel, it only shows the text without table.

But when I create new mail, I have no issue at all, I can paste image and table.

Anyone can advise? is this something wrong with the settings?

Unable to detect hard disk (3.5)

I am using Buffalo hard disk, with power adapter, when i connect USB to my laptop, it seems cannot detect, i can hear it vibrates and spins, the computer doesn't show the the disk drive, but in device manager, i can see the buffalo hard drives appear.

Any thing can i do right now? because I have many important files inside the HDD.

Can't create new folder when save file

I have a problem in windows 7, when i wanted to save a file, when i click new folder icon, it doesn't show out the new folder, but when i press back and go into the folder again, i can see the new folder, strange though, anyone has the solution? Mind to share?

HP psc 1210 printer installation windows 7

I have difficulty to install HP psc 1210 printer on my windows 7 laptop due to driver not found.

HP official website does not provide the downloadable driver, and just asked me to connect the printer to usb port, and it will automatically find the driver and install it.

I did follow the instruction but still cant install, the driver cannot be searched(I've already connected to Internet)

Even I try to run Windows update also cant work, it just said windows is up to date.

Anyone has the solution? windows 7 is really troublesome, many softwares or devices are not compatible, sigh.

Hi, I am using Windows 7 Enterprise now, now facing difficulty to run exe file from CD, when i double click or right click run as admin, it'll show a message as below.

How to solve this issue? Seems every file from the CD are being blocked, I can't open those files.
