Company bonding issue

if you have signed an agreement with a company and there is a clause that you need to serve the company for a certain period after undergo a training program.
What happen if you break the bonding when the company still haven't send you for the training program? Do you need to pay the compensation fee of breaking the bonding? It was stated that compensation fee of certain amount need to be paid bcs of the training fee paid by the company.

How u feel if your neighbour was watering her plant and at the same time she splashed the water on your whole body? This incident happened when my fren and I were chatting at the car park. She has been splashing water on to my car park for nearly ten years but din feel angry cz the water din hit anybody last time. I guess her otak tak center d.....c ppl standing at car park oso splash water towards ppl.......yesterday, she splash water until kena whole pintu and got water enter to my house.......any solution from lowyat?

Why I am unhappy with my brother?

Currently, I am facing an issue in my family, whereby my brother always asking my parents to buy this and that for his own personal benefit (buy clothes, watches, etc). FYI, he has been working for nearly 2.5 years at quite a reasonable salary of 4.5k. This monthly salary will be saved in the bank and he will try to squeeze my parents and me when we went out for lunch/dinner. When I joined my bro and parents for dinner/lunch, he will pretend that I am responsible to pay for everything. He did not even take the initiative to pay for his own food. If I did not pay for his food, my parents will do so and I feel very bad letting my parents to pay.
Few weeks ago, we went for a family trips to legoland and I paid for the entrance fees since he was acting stupid again. I really hope that he will take the initiative to pay for our lunch but he did not do so. Thus, I was very angry that time and ended up my parents have to pay for our lunch since I was also pretending to be stupid like him. After this incident, I felt very bad and at the same time felt very angry towards my bro.
I have a feeling that my bro was assuming that it was an obligation for me to pay all the expenses when we went out due to my higher salary. My salary was way lower than his salary when we were at the same age. Since I am elder than him about 7 years, of course my salary should be higher.
I think I treated him quite well during his studies bcs I have purchased quite a number of gifts to him, such as watches, phone, ipad, and etc.
Just now he suggested in front of my parents that we should order a table for CNY dinner and I purposely asked him who is going to pay?? without any hesitation, he said parents will pay.
Why my bro is acting in this way? Suddenly, I feel that moving out from the house is the best solution as I cant bear with this kind of torture anymore. However, I know that my parents will be extremely unhappy if I move out from the house. I have been trying to avoid my bro for nearly 2 years and I really cant stand it anymore....
Any solution from lowyat members????? Thank you for your valuable time.

Do u guy face any problem with woman not yet marry at the age of 36? It seemed that this type of woman got nth better to do but always complain during meeting and giving a lot of comments. But when wanna settle problems, missing in action.....always wanna take advantages of people (can use other people;s thgs but when wanna use her thgs kedekut gila....) and always claims all the credits belong to her......how to deal with this type of woman at 36 not yet marry (no bf pun), go back home nothing to do, always wanna claim she is the best, everythg at the company belongs to her, wanna use equipment must let her use first....as if evythg at company bapa dia punya.......

Hi, i am still new towards raring of fish. Can anyone of you pls enlighten to me whether i should get branded canister filter (fluval, eheim, aquael, shiruba) or china branded canister filter (dophin, astro, aquanic.....) for my tank with size of 180 litres (3 feet tank)? I was informed by fish shop that china branded canister is having higher flow rate and thus, the tank will be clearer compared to more expensive branded canister filter. Dear all friends at lowyat,

Ayam is having some problem and hope that you guys can help me to tackle this problem.
Currently, I am working on a research project that is consisted of three members.
Among three of us, one of us (we labelled him as x) has been working in this field for sometimes while another two (which is my fren (known as y) and I) are still new but we have the knowledge of addressing problem encountered and data analysis.
Actually, Y and I are considered senior in the field of research as we have the experience of more than 6 years but x has just started one and half years ago. The problem is that we are working on different project that needs the assistance of x. So, our supervisor bring in this x into the research work. During the meeting, our supervisor asked three of us to discussion and come out with some research objectives.
But the problem is x is not cooperative and pessimistic. Since he did not want to discuss with us, we (y and I) come out with some proposal and show to x before discussing further with our supervisor.
He seems to be not interested even to look at it and agreed.
So, we went to discuss with our supervisor and suddenly x come out with a lot of idea in front of supervisor saying that our proposal (y and I) cannot la...dis la....dat la....
Y and I were like wah....y suddenly so many idea....
After discussion, my supervisor agreed that we must try out the parameters (proposed by y and I) before proceeding further. Then, Ayam become happy lo bcs Ayam and y not that stupid bcs proposal still has some novelty to work on.
When y and I started to do the project, then x will come over and look look see see....like manager la.....den keep on mumbling that won't work la...wasting time money and energy only....
So lim Pek very angry d but didn't quarrel with him.
As I have mentioned earlier, x is more familiar with this research project than my supervisor. My supervisor asked us to show x the results and discuss....y and I were like WTF d.....sure kena liao...
We showed x our results and asked x whether got dis effect....then, x said I Dono....u all go and asked supervisor la.....die Liao Lo......
We told him that supervisor asked us to discuss with u wor.....
Then, he bla bla....like keep here a bit there a bit den the conclusion is not sure...
Act, y and I know the answer d but we just wanna confirm only....
After working for a few moths with sufficient data, my supervisor has decided to come out with a paper that included x name.
The problem is x did nothing wor.....not even a single help is given to us....we have discussed our problem with supervisor before hand but supervisor seems to be not interested to know.
Y and I are pretty sure that supervisor would like to take advantage of our writing skill to get this paper published which x is unable to do so....after working for near to two years, x is unable to get even one paper to pass through the reviewing process.
So, y and I felt very unfair and we come out with a few options

1) writing like kindergarten standard
2) ask x to write la since x do not contribute to anything
3) wrote slowly till supervisor marah ( marah marah la.....y and I going off next month)
4) remain stupid and work like a bangla

Supervisor is treating us like bangla la....I feel that it is worst than bangla.....two people handing five research projects and everything also supervisor said important......but only one person getting the payment and shared among two of us......based on verbal agreement with supervisor at very first, each of us will get our own allowance....end up with only one person will get monthly allowance bcs supervisor said upper management don't allow payment for two person.
Lastly, supervisor cut the payment become daily allowance but Ayam dunwan to quarrel with supervisor cz waiting for exam wor....

Now, Ayam is a free bird d bcs exam over and GAO Tim everything Liao but still very unsatisified and very hot la....feel like going to meet supervisor to discuss on the matter related tot the inclusion of x name...

Suddenly, x bcm very active la replied email very fast plus cc supervisor said that we will work on the paper and ps y and I that both of us can discuss with x or let x read thru after writing....

Under this circumstances, how to write wor.....no mood to write oso.....I will use my butt to write.....

Any comment from u guys....is it Ayam narrow minded or stupid or being bullied?

Ninetology smartphone ?

Dear all bro....

Wanna hear ur opinion on the malaysian based ninetology smartphone.....

if u are given a choice to choose between a branded smartphone (HTC, samseng, motorola, etc....) with lower spec and ninetology smartphone with better spec, which one will u choose?

I have a bad experience with this ninetology phone wherein after using it for 3 days masuk hospital lo....

When i was at the service centre, i saw that within 10 minutes, there are 5 ppl including myself sending their phone for repair.

Currently, ninetology is selling black pearl 2, stealth 2, stealth 1, and insight. Based on my experience for 10 minutes in service centre, 3 out of the 4 models are being sent for repair.

What is ur opinion on the qualtiy? My opinion is quite bad lo....

Then, i saw one big paper beg of charges being sent in by the customers for claiming. Why malaysian product can be so.......dare not comment.....

Ninetology also stated that 1 on 1 warranty exchange within 3 months of purchase but when i sent my phone in for repair. However, their customer service said dat must leave there for repair first.
IF they cannot repair, then they will send it to headquarter for repair. They will only exchange 1 on 1 once the headquarter found out that they themselves oso cannot repair.

Then wat is the meaning of 1 on 1 exchange......i oso tak faham.

This indicates that the downtime is extremely high cz i need to wait for 1 to 2 weeks to get back my phone.

Need help in determining the correct connection

hi all bro and sifu sekalian,

I am having some problem of connecting my head unit (one pair of RCA) to 4 channel amp.
Act, my set up was done by one of the so called sifu at my hometown and he said dat his set up is damn superb whereby his set up with only 8 subwoofer is able to cover another competitor with 12 subwoofer.
If found out a lot of setting being done wrongly by this guy. I am using this 4 channel amp to run one set of component at one subwoofer.
He used channel a for the component set and channel b for the subwoofer. I found out that for channel b (subwoofer), he chose the setting as off instead of LPF. Act, which one shud be the correct setting for subwoofer? LPF or off? In my opinion LPF shud b the correct setting after going thru ice forum in lowyat.
I have drawn two drawing for ur reference. Currently, my set up is connection A but I feel that connection B should be more appropriate.
For connection A, i will be getting mono instead of stereo bcs he is connecting the rca (right side) from head unit to channel A for left and right sides.
So, which one shud be the correct connection? Connection A or B?
