Just to share my experience throughout 2 visit to popmyberry store at Subang SS15.

Yesterday, I went to get my Blackberry housing fixed as it has scratches and dented everywhere. Was asking them if there's any defects or side effect after changing, and they say no, it will look like a new set and offer to change colorful keypad and such, but I rejected as I want it to be the typical Blackberry, the normal 1.

Got it fixed, kinda satisfy with the service, but I would say not worth its price.
It cost me RM150 for a AP housing, previously offered RM100 including middleplate and installation fee. Maybe was my mistake. But the quality of the housing is very lousy, you can feel that the keypad is falling off anytime.
Tau la tu, AP aje.

So went back home, all the while my area line is kinda stable, never had gone through SOS mode at home.
But after changing housing, I can't even get connected to any line. Got real pissed off and went back to them today.

What they told is that, we didn't offer to change your middleplate, so now, your antenna has problem, that's ur own responsibility, we won't fix it for you. Kay fine, then I ask if I were to add on fund to get it fixed, they say no, they never changed customer's middleplate, and trying to blame me that I'm accusing them.

Srsly, they have a very poor customer service and trying to deny responsibility.

Now, I have to use my spare phone as I can't get connected to any line on BB.
