Accident report

Friday, last week, a viva banged my car from behind. the guy that banged my car said he will pay me and dont need to make report and claim insurance. but, until now, he still dun pay yet.. damn.. so, the question is, can i make a report almost a week after (which is today) and claim his insurance? i have the pictures of the accident when it happened. but now my car already go ketuk2. no painting yet. still can see a little bit of the kemek marking.

ALOR SETAR – Tiga pemimpin pembangkang bakal didakwa di mahkamah kerana dipercayai pengkhianat dan terlibat mendalangi tindakan pencerobohan kumpulan pengganas Sulu di Lahad Datu, Sabah baru-baru ini. Menteri Pertahanan, Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi berkata, ketiga-tiga individu terbabit terdiri daripada dua pemimpin pembangkang dari Semenanjung dan seorang dari Sabah. Beliau bagaimanapun tidak mendedahkan nama ketiga-tiga individu tersebut. Kata Ahmad Zahid, pihaknya mempunyai maklumat mengenai penglibatan ketiga-tiga individu terbabit yang akan didakwa di mahkamah selepas Pilihan Raya Umum ke-13 (PRU-13) pada 5 Mei ini. “Berdasarkan siasatan, kita dapati dua orang pemimpin pembangkang dari Semenanjung berunding dengan Jamalul Kiram III (pemimpin puak pengganas Sulu di selatan Filipina), manakala seorang pemimpin pembangkang dari Sabah dihantar lebih awal (berjumpa Kiram). Kita ada bukti, tunggu. “Tindakan akan diambil selepas pilihan raya, kita tidak mahu mereka kata kita bermain politik, jadi kita serah kepada pejabat Peguam Negara untuk mengelak daripada dicap sebagai sandiwara politik UMNO,” katanya selepas lawatan kerja ke Kolej Tentera Udara (KTU) Kepala Batas di sini semalam. Kosmo! semalam melaporkan pihak berkuasa Malaysia sedang menunggu laporan penuh siasatan pasukan keselamatan Filipina mengenai 35 orang pengganas Sulu yang ditembak mati di Pulau Sibutu, Filipina pada Sabtu lalu yang didakwa cuba memasuki Sabah untuk melakukan sabotaj terhadap PRU-13. Terdahulu dalam ucapannya, Ahmad Zahid berkata, aktiviti keluarga Jamilul Kiram III, pemimpin kumpulan pengganas yang bertanggungjawab dalam insiden pencerobohan berkenaan dipercayai dibiayai pihak tertentu untuk kepentingan politik mereka. Katanya, tidak mungkin Jamilul Kiram III yang mempunyai masalah kesihatan dan tidak mempunyai kemampuan kewangan mampu menggerakkan tenteranya, manakala anaknya, Jacel pergi ke merata-rata tempat menggunakan jet peribadi. Beliau mendakwa, jika pembangkang memenangi PRU-13, Sabah akan diserahkan kepada Jamalul Kiram III dengan mendapat 20 peratus daripada hasil negeri. It was due to that your "magic" has once again brought Malaysians as one. Tonight I saw Malaysian flooding in , with or without Chinese . You UMNO-BN says it "Chinese Tsunami" ? I call it MALAYSIAN TSUNAMI.

Friends and family tell me that I shouldn't go , "Got Parang ah" "illegal gathering police catch ah" "later PTPTN cancel ah". But i felt that it's my duty as a MALAYSIAN to go.

DESPITE RAIN , SWEAT and we are all CRAMP up into one small spot while walking into the stadium , We are united as one . I see young men helping older men , young Malay lady communicating with stranger like me whom she never meet before , Malay uncles and aunties who look at me smiling and say "INIKALILAH , TRANSFORMASI" and shook my hands. YOU CALL THAT CHINESE TSUNAMI? TAKE A LOOK AGAIN and I'm sure our 580000 Malaysians that is in that stadium could feel the warmth and pride I'm having right now.

You may have taken billions and billions of our people's money but those money would never could buy the unity of people .I would like to thank you again , for I was once again to feel proud and powerful as a MALAYSIAN , your cronyism made us stronger . Oh ya , I too get to go close up to see our pretty powerhouse , Nurul Izzah Anwar . She's so pretty that it feels like spotlights are shining upon her forehead.

One day , perhaps some of our generations will take your places as politicians but we will remind our self that TODAY 08/05/2013 is the day we truly fought hard for democracy in Malaysia , THE DAY WE CALLED OUR SELF THE DIAMONDS OF MALAYSIA! UBAH! UBAH! UBAH!
