Details of the complaint :
the seller keep delaying the meet 1st for around 1 week, claiming he is student around wangsa maju and live in Penang.. and say that his grandma is sick and need to back penang to look after her..

then finally we agreed to deal since I am promised to meet him, whatever I promised I will do it right away unless the ppl who i deal with cancel of ffk..

we chat thru whatsapp for quite long, and I decided to believe him on his words and agreed to meet..

when meet, he hand over the x10 that the battery is flat, I am in rush that time and I choose to believe him due to a long moment of chit-chatting..

after that I heading back to home and testing on the phone..

Initially, it cannot charge, and I keep complaining against it, but he keep giving excuses.. and finally it can charge, but the sim slot is so tight and it damage my sim card.. I asked about it and he seller overflow my with whatsapp message so that I am blank-minded again.. the day after I was bz working and I just put it there without further checking..

then I hand it over to my fren, then we found that the water sticker of the phone and the battery stickers changed to pink/red, then I ask the seller again.. then below is the way he giving more creative excuses.. below is the whatsapp between he and me..

I am looking for refund on the phone due to water damage...

but I do not think that I am able to get back the money I been cheated.. since those kind of people will never return money one.. I am wondering how is his grandma's feeling for having a grandson like him.. I am taking the loss myself as overtrusted people.. and I just want others to beware of this seller..

My old Omnia 2 suddenly turn on airplane mode den cannot turn back to normal mode again..

I been used that as broadband(usb tethering) for quite long time.. anyone can help me to solve this? thanks..

Self Reminder and Lesson learned

Case 1: bought a HTC Touch Diamond 2 along with a HTC Touch Pro 2 that have a battery problem from TS Xcloudz, when buy I was in rush and so do him. He claims that the both phone in working condition.. I tried everything also fine, den i put both the phones aside and back to continue my assignment.. den 2ml only I realize de battery of HTC Touch Pro 2 is spoiled and will drain so damn fast.. I ask TS about how to solve or maybe a replacement for battery, but he says that I should check all when COD and after sell den is none of his business. I consider this is my mistake, so I take de loss myself.

Lesson 1: advice from friend: When COD try to reboot the phone a few times, if the battery drains abnormally too fast den do not take it coz maybe battery defects.. But when COD de battery is less then you can do nothing but only depends on luck.

Case 2: bought a galaxy w from TS afizzuddin, the charger (with usb type) he gave is not functional and cant charge, and he claims tat can charge.. both my laptop and phones also cannot detect the usb cable at all.. I wonder how he charges... den the galaxy w cannot receive call and sms when the screen is lock.. Can anyone tell me who will try that when COD? lock de screen and try ask ppl to call and sms.. Asked TS regarding the issue, he says when he using do not has that problem.. but I tried 3 different sim cards but the problem remains, I wonder what sim card he is using.. and he says anything den go claim warranty from Samsung.. I take this as my careless mistake also, so I should bear de cost for that.

Lesson 2: bring 2 sim cards and 1 extra phone to try everything along with the lock screen issue. If can try to COD at the place that can use the charger as well.

Lesson 3: DO NOT OVER-TRUST THOSE WITH THE TITLE OF "SENIOR MEMBER" or THOSE WHO WITH MANY TRADE THREADS.

Other issue 1: I offer a price of RM500 for a phone, A "genuine" seller pm me that got ppl offer higher for the phone he sells, lets say RM600.. I think he wan to "fish" me to offer higher price.. Den after few hours or 1day(forgot ady), he pm me again and agree with my price.. den I ask a few more questions.. then TS say if u got so many questions den go to find another set urself.. den comment at other ppl thread and says that I am not a "genuine" buyer.. I wondering that I as a customer to pay money to get the phone cannot ask for more questions? maybe in his term customer always "wrong" and "cant ask much" ba..

Other issue 2: Normal ffk issue, tonnes of excuses I heard.. agreed with the price and place to meet.. den ah.. phone missing ah.. phone spoil ah.. phone got problem ah... like that.. den check back the thread again.. the phone is sold.. SWT... if got other ppl offers higher price juz let me know, I am ok de since my
offer price are not the best 1.. but please do not gimme some stupid excuses.. Sigh

Other issue 2: When claim Samsung warranty there is not required a warranty card cause they will just check the IMEI, there is a ppl try to lower my price because I do not sell the phone along with warranty card.. and say there is no warranty... Speechless...

Other issue 3: There are quite many sellers listed there "FULLSET", but comes to ask about what come with the so-called "FULLSET", den they will say no this no that, "FULLSET" do not come with memory card when you bought it? If really so then is my mistake..

Other issue 4: Lowballer issue.. normally i will not pm those who open a thread and saying that lowballers stay away.. but there is a lot ppl that open a thread with that and asking the other sellers with a lowballer price.. how irritating.. u urself selling a high price while asking ppl sell u with a low price?? WTF??

First FFK I faced in LYN..
FFK by S.A.B.S, call him twice but send busy tone to me.. Sms no reply.. After an hour finally I am able to contact him, tell me lame answer that his phone cant receive the sms.. Wasted me an hour time to wait, if dun wan juz tell la.. My first time ever ffk by LYN forumer.. after that he told me that he got 3 cod before me.. if really got so many cod why still ask me to meet later? if your time management is not good, den I should suffer for that? your time is precious but my time is for shit? Den you win all lo~

Not to deal list:
KelvenFau / 0133144143 - agreed to deal for two phones at different time but ended up for set me up twice as sold the phones before the time to meet, verbal agreement established been ignore. No deal shall be done with him afterward. 没口齿的人不值得我浪费时间.
davidnedved - agreed to meet a buyer together as pooling fund to get cheaper, but end up he goes meet the buyer and get the phone himself without let me know before the deal, only let me know after it. As I am the one who informed him about the good deal. No deal shall be done with him afterward. 会过桥抽板的人，厉害！

after i shift to android den i accidentally took out de sd card..
den it reverts back to winmo, den i try to shift again, it stated that there is overlapping partition that not be allowed..
what can i do if i wan shift my omnia 2 to android again? how to wipe the partition and change back to original?
please help me.. thanks..
