"Other" Memory space in iphone

Want to ask about the "Other" memory space. You can see this when you plug your iphone in ur comp and view it with itunes.

I start to notice this space exist after I do a restore (failed update ) from a backup to the latest version (iOS 4.3.3). Before this it dont exist and now I wonder is it normal to have 0.32GB sitting as "other" category.

Can I reclaim this space back??? Or do I have to do a clean restore??? Hesitate to do that because of game saves.....

What app do you use in your iPhone apps dock?

Not sure if this poll has been created but just want to see how many LYN forumers customized their iPhone apps dock.

For those who are unsure what is the apps dock is, the dock is a place where the 4 apps(or less) is located at the most bottom screen. And those apps will remain regardless of the page number (except Spotlight Search).

Please post some feedback and if possible, what app(s) you use in the apps dock.

Album Art Missing at lock screen

After I update to iOS 4.3.1 for iPhone 4, I noticed that my album art at the lock screen is missing when the song is being played. However this only occurs for new songs only. The songs that I sync during iOS 4.2.1 remains unaffected...The funny thing is the new songs' album art is shown if you run the ipod application. Wierd. I tried reupdate the album arts and yet this problem still exists.

Anyone also facing this issues? And any suggestions to this problem? Tried google but no relevant answers....

EDIT: Sigh.....I forgot the most basic fix......Just simply hard restart the phone.....everything is fixed. Mod can close this tread.

Recommended free Video Converter for iPhone 4?

I'm new to the apple world and this is my first iPhone.

Is there any good free video converter for iPhone 4?

I need to convert movies and animes so the converter must have subtitle support. I tried Videora (not sure the real name) and MediaCoder. MediaCoder does support subtitle but it crashes on me occasionally.
