Hi,

I am looking installer for wall paper, size is 42", about 3-4 rolls. Any good installer with reasonable price? Many quote me RM250 a roll and some even ask for RM300.

Neighbor pipe on my wall side, developer fault?

Yesterday when my wiring man do some hacking for new wiring cabling, he accident drill a small hole of the pipe. He thought the water pipe was mine and close the tangki tap and start to cut up and reconnect the pipe. Then only he realize the pipe is for my neighbor. Please refer to the attachment. There are 2 pipe next to each other. From my understanding, my neighbor water pipe should be on her wall side and not mine. Can I complain to developer since it is still under warranty?
