I am hesitating whether to invest in Hampshire Place KLCC.

My offer is as below:

Built up area 764 sq ft
Level 20
Fully furnished and tenanted to MNC company (till Oct 2013)
Selling Price RM830K
Rental: RM3.2K

Dear all,

Happy New Year to all forumers.

Just want to seek your opinion whether Ford Mondeo is good value for money D-segment car in Msia.

FYI, i have been comtemplating between VW Passat and Ford Mondeo and still can't decide till now. Many of my friends advised me Mondeo is a good car.

Before i make up my mind, i would like to hear from you guys. Of course you may suggest other models if any. My budget is car less than RM180K. Thanks

Suitable selling price to profit 10% gain

Dear all Sifu,

I bought a unit of linked house in Jan 2011 at RM865K and got loan from MBB without lock in period.

Today i received a call from estate agent asking me whether i am willing to let go at RM1.05 mil.

In less than 10 months, i seems profit RM185K. However, i need your advices whether i should wait till property completion (estimated in July 2012).

FYI, i have paid 10% downpayment, RM20K for MOT stamp duty, RM10k legal fee, and is currently paying progressive interest every month (now paying around Rm1.4K and expected to rise to Rm2.8K during full drawdown). Estate agent brokerage fee is 2%.

Based on the above info, should i sell the property now to take the short gain? Thanks

I have bought a uncompleted landed property in 2010 and thinking to let go the property this year rather than waiting till its completion in end 2012.

Do you think it is wiser to sell it or i should wait till its completion? Your advise please. Thanks

Hi Guys,

Do you think BLR would rise within year 2011?

I am contemplating whether i should go for fixed rate loan or floating rate loan. My current 2 offers in hands are as below:

Fixed rate loan
4.40% p.a. fixed for 3 years thereafter BLR -2.3% p.a.

Floating rate loan
BLR - 2.3% p.a.

House no: 18
Purchaser price: RM864,800

Do you think it is a good buy?

Any idea how much value appreciation upon completion? Thanks
