Hi all sifu2 out there. Has anyone worked before in Computaris @ Mid Valley?
Am offered for a chace to interview for test analyst position.

My current job is quite different, as test engineer in factory environment. Seems like this is more to IT field, but I think its interesting choice. Can anyone share whats the job scope, work environment & requirement etc?
How about job prospect on this path?

hi all sifu2, would like to get some opinions since i'm not from kl.
i'm looking for a good subsale of serviced apartment/condo around Setapak/WangsaMaju/Melawati/MRR2 around these areas. (own stay, & ok rental yield if i'm not staying there permanetnly)
hope to find a place not too far from LRT & still not >25min (no jam) from KL centre.

i have concern if don't know the mechanic well...heard stories like, they swap ur original car parts when fixing ur car and also overcharge for services..

i've been looking at 2nd hand houses because i'm an average salaryman in bolehland.
but i'm kind of lost when i viewed some houses with need for obvious repair / renovation to make it 'good enough' to stay in
i hope i can get an estimate on some common damages so that i can calculate and include the renovation fees into my budget...

i'm in need of advice from those who have experience in getting renovations or especially those in renovation field to help give opinion on how much these renovation below costs.

Estimated cost to replace/renovate?
a) Toilet renovation - if i want to replace both sink and toilet bowl (refer to pic from one of the houses i viewed)

b) leakage seeping out of toilet door in master room. how to fix and estimate cost?

c) Staircase from wooden+ steel to cement + tile cost?

d) Gate renovation. if i just want to change it into a simple gate which is wider to fix the 20ft dimension how much to change the gate?
e) how much to remove the cement floor in car porch and replace with tiles?

f) 2nd floor ceiling 'caved in' -refer to pics. i think the roof have water seeping in, causing the asbestos ceiling to cave in.
how much am i looking if i wan to fix the roof?
how about changing the asbestos ceiling entirely for the medium room?

im working @ dato keramat area & my wife will be working at the mines there.
need some real advice from fellow forummers on which is the best area to buy a house..(location in favor of wife)

looking for +/- 300k for 2nd hand DS house preferably freehold
or in case of new or <5 yrs house +/-400k
i think thats as afar as our combined earnings can stretch...

any advice will be appreciated especially from those ppl who can feedback on the location they stay at.
