Dilemma to choose between 2 girls

I am currently in a relationship with my GF of 8 years, when we dated back in university. From university to working life, we have stayed together in the same rented house, with each of us pursuing our own future. Both of us without many close friends, we spend a lot of time together, from breakfast to dinner. She is kind and supporting, and I would never imagine a more reliable wife-to-be. However, we did not discuss much about our future as she plans to establish her career first, and I did not search for a house for fear her future career will lead her overseas or out of KL. We are conservative and plan to remain celibate until marriage.

Then comes another woman, my colleague from work. I have not many chances to meet her due to her being based out of KL, but when we had the chance to meet for events, we will greet each other and soon became friends. She was shy and quiet at first, but as she get more acquainted with her other colleagues, she became more social and spends more time with them. However, we remained close and do tease each other when we meet. My interactions with her soon made me fall for her. From my exchanges with her, she did have a crush on someone else but has yet to make her move.

I did not want to cheat, so I told my GF about my feelings. At first she was upset, like any normal GF would, so I tried not to think about my colleague anymore and decided to remain in my current relationship. But in my recent meetup involving my colleague, I realize that I cannot forget the feelings that I have towards her. I know that my GF knows, and she is silently accepting any outcome, but I am unwilling to leave her heartbroken after all these years. At the same time, I do not think it will be fair for her if I can't give her my unconditional love going into marriage.

Should I choose to remain and properly dissolve my crush, to leave everything I know behind and seek an uncertain future, or to let go of both and go for some soul-searching?
