loss accident claim

this happen 4 month ago.
Already repair under their insurance..

I was also inform that I will be getting what they call something like claim for not able to use the car (im not sure the name)
the workshop told me that the lorry insurance will later sent me an amount of money to cover that claim.
My car was like 1 month in the workshop..

what I understand is the claim is due to me Unable to use the car.
so they will calculate the cost per day X total day I didn't get to use the car.

so My question is :
how long do I have to usually wait before they send me the money? cause its been more then 4 month now
Is there any procedure that I have to do before can get the money?

OK,

last time I got into accident.
A lorry hit me in the back..

so long story after all the police report, and confirm can claim the Lorry insurance.
I was entitle to claim cost for "not able to use my car."

so My workshop already make it for me.
just wondering how long does it take for the insurance company to send the check?

OK to start with, I been friend with this guy for like 5 year already. And We were classmate. And he got a GF. but then I never actually meet my Friend's GF since he don’t even care to introduce it to us (the Friends). but basically we both know that we exist.

so the story is that currently this friend of mine is having a relationship problem with his GF.
And I as usual don’t really care since he never even care to intro her to us.

BUT now my dilemma is SHE called me, and ask me about him, since she know that we have been for so long. She told me she need to know him more from me, ask me if there any complain about her from him and also she promise me not to tell him and ask me to do the same.

Now since I never actually talk or even meet her. Should I trust her? I feel like I should tell my friend that she call me, before his GF tell him that she called me.

And if let say I tell him, what U guys think will happen?
Or what will happen if I didn’t tell him??

to be honest, I dont really care about their relationship... I just dont want to lose a friend.

OK guys

I got this girl in my office.
different department and even different level.
very very rare get to bump into her.

the only thing I manage to do, is get her name.
If possible I dont really want to use my friend help to get to know her.
so I manage to find her FB.
but it seem there is non of my Colleague is on the mutual friend list..

I dont know if she even know or realise Im existed.

So, just need a suggestion or even expereince from CC.

I was amaze by skechers shoes technology, on how it help to improve your posture, burn calories and even some other health benefits.
