Denso recon aircon

Dear All,

Just found out that my wira aircon compressor is making a lot of noise. The aircon guy recommends that i change the compressor to a recon Denso unit(existing one is UCM). The price quoted is rm540 including compressor/service/receiver/top up gas/labour. Is the price Ok or is it expensive.

Thanks

Screeching sound when aircon is turn on

Dear All,

I owned a wira 1.5M 2006 vdo. When I turn on the aircon, my car will produce a screeching sound & then the engine will die off. I have sent my car to the aircon shop & the staff that change the aircon fan motor. The screeching sound disappear for a while & then came back again. The car is OK if I don't turn on the aircon. Can advise me on how to solve the problem. I suspect that my aircon compressor is the culprit.

Thanks
Wiraman

Investment in unit trust

Dear All,

i m a newbie in the unit trust investment. A friend(just started as unit trust agent) of mine recommended that I invest in Hwang DBS Select Balanced Fund, Bond Fund or the Select Dividend fund. My risk appetite is that I would not want a fund which is risky. All this while i have been placing my extra money(RM20K) in FD. As such, if anny funds which could generate better return than FD is always welcome + also I belive there are some hidden charges in unit trust ie mgmt fee etc.

Appreciate comments/help from all sifus

Thanks

Moderator: My apologies wrong section
