IT Engineer

Requirement:

- Degree in IT qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT.
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Good IT basic skills i.e. Networking and Windows system set-up.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting & problem solving skills with an eye for details
- Confident, good interpersonal skills and possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Description:

- To ensure the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks in regards to IT related System.
- To ensure computer base, IT related base, hardware and software are in good condition
- To maintain/support Office computer, printer and etc.
- To maintain/support network, server storage and archive system
- To maintain/support firewall, Antivirus, proxy and other security related
- To liase/follow up with vendor on any outstanding issue
- To support all users on any IT related issue
- Analyzing and rectifying technical faults on equipment and systems
- Installing and testing new facilities and equipment
- Communicating effectively with members of one's own and other teams and project members
- Provide on-the-job training to new staff
