Moral Dilemma in Neutering/Spaying my Dog

All experts tell me that I absolutely should neutral/desex/spray my female dog.

Reasons:

1) Avoid my dog from getting pregnant which could end up having too many puppies and could end up in shelters/local council pound
2) Unwanted attention every 6 months from male dogs
3) Trouble to find home to every puppy
4) Avoid Behavioural problem due to heat
5) Reduce cancer risk

My brain says I should and my heart is detesting strongly - I feel very bad taking her uterus and ovaries... I absolutely won't do it to a human or myself.

Dilemma... can I have some advice? I feel that the reasons are not strong enough for me to bring my dog to do it. I have to make a decision soon before her first period...

Dog Friendly Taman/Resdential Area?

I am currently staying in a condo unit and looking to move to a landed property as I have a Golden Retriever pup and she'll be big soon.

Recently I've seen many news about local council and their contractor - Vet-Fine (M) Sdn Bhd - breaking into houses to steal/kill dogs illegally. I fear for the safety of my dog.

I am hoping to find a Taman or a residential area where it is dog friendly... I wonder if there's any.

I know there's a dog friendly park in Desa Park City. Would that be an ideal place to stay?
