Help..usb3 pcie expansion card under mint 20.2

Hi guys
Running mint 20.2
Need to upgrade my old pc from usb2 to usb 3
Thinking of buying the usb3 pcie expansion card but not sure it will run out of the box..or with minimum hassle

few brand sold in the US reviewed as working but here in msia cannot find or a bit expensive

Will cheap sub rm100 shopee products run ok ? Anyone with experience using ?

sorry guys if this was discussed somewhere earlier

last year took a pilgrimage to this laksa stall run by the malay makcik at the sharp corner tg bungah - batu ferringi road
(shamrock beach) but didnt see the stall anymore
regret i didnt stop to ask...
anybody got idea where they might be operating now ?

hello guys

i am newbie to linux.. i want to try out opensuse 10.2 or kubuntu 7.?? After reading about problem with integrated motheboads.. sata controller, cannot detect this that....i got confused. So maybe you guys here users of opensuse 10.2/kubuntu can tell me what mobo and specific hdware you'r using and any problem with it.. i wont be able to troubleshoot anything much here

my budget is less than RM300 and i want mb with core 2 support so that i can upgrade later when the price come down..
