attended the interview and was verbally offered the job with an increment of rm800 from current pay.
any idea how is the working environment there?

Anyone have experience buying property from them ?
Few banks seem to reject them. I booked a property from them at Taman Sejati Klang.
Their panel is PBB but it seem that they have limited quota for this project.
Is their track record not good.
where i can find out more.

Home loan needed

I just paid the booking fees for my 1st house

Below are the info
Location : Taman Sejati, Klang (under construction)
House Price : RM 233,800
Loan : 90%
D/P : 10% from EPF a/c 2
Gross Income : RM 3.3k
Commitment : no bank loan

My main concern was CTOS record. I have fully paid the debt listed in CTOS on Jan 2011 and have received the full settlement letter from the bank. Bank has also informed me that my record in CTOS is updated.
I have given all the necessary documents to the banker but he is still reclutant to submit becos of the CTOS record.

Any chance for me to secure a loan ?
