Hi, I got toyota vios car loan approved. But the sales agent won't allow me to buy insurance from someone else. My friend is selling tokio Marine and msig, I would prefer to buy from my friend. How to deal with this car sales agent. I've paid 500 booking fees. Please advice. Thanks

Good day!

recently I paid 3% (15K) deposit for a house in puchong selangor. I am not working, i am doing business. how do i get loan for 90% or 100%.

my problem is;

1. ptptn blacklisted my name on CCRIS however for the past 3 months i have been paying ptptn on time ( no late payment).
2. my income is not consistent ; i receive payment of 80k, 60k , 10k on monthly basis , not consistent . ( got bank statement to proof)
3. company tax not declared
4. no existing loan with any bank - bought all cars cash

any suggestion? how to apply

Hi, i have a nice old ford laser 1.3 sedan car. could anyone suggest upgrade/modification for this car for performance. i need speed and acceleration. i already have latest chevrolet cruze 1.8 therefore suggesting to buy new car wont be a good idea. i want to keep my old car and upgrade. i am curious if tx3 engine will fit in.

Last week I went to jpj to change ownership but without any success, jpj needs old owner to be present to verify ( thumbprint) , the previous owner is located in kelantan and I am located in Kuala Lumpur. My friend apply for IPTA (Government University) however her application was rejected, she obtain CGPA of 2.90. She also apply for "rayuan" but with no success . . She study arts stream. So how to go about it..

P.S: dont advice about going to private University because she is showing dogged determination about it.

yesterday my sister was admitted to Putrajaya Hospital because of massive blood loss due to some illness. I was forced to pay rm700 as deposit in order to get admitted because Hospital refuse to contact AIA Health services and arrange required documentation for submission. When i call AIA , they advise me to refer the Hospital. I am tired of getting the run around. Please advise, Thanks.

P.S.:
1. What will the poor do if they have no money to even get admitted to government hospital?
2. What is the use of medical card when you are brought for a ride?

i have 15kg to check in. Advice some method to bring the liquor. According to malaysian customs, I can only carry max 1 litre of liqour. Please advice?

I receive legal notice from VAS & CO on behalf MBF cards to attend magistrate court on January 2013 for non payment of monthly installment for credit card. The due is about RM1000 only. I regard having loan with MBF, my mom had HSBC platinum credit card, due about 20k but no legal action was taken.. What I need to do now? I’m not working. But I can settle the payment in 2 months. Please advise.

Refuse to accept show cause letter

I am working for MNC company, recently my manager gave me a show cause letter due to AWOL, MC and Emergency leave without providing document. in the show cause letter stated that i've bridged company policies, manager force me to sign the show cause and and reply the letter in 3 days. since i refuse to sign the letter, the manger ask me to leave the office without giving warning letter or termination letter. that i need to do now? a bit confused . on top of that the company has not paid my transport allowance and overtime more than 4 months. and change of working time without notice.
