Where to repair LCD monitor in Penang

Hi all Low Yat forumers

Anyone knows of any affordable LCD repair center/shop/handyman in Penang that can repair LCD monitor?

I have a 19" monitor that will show the picture for 1-2 seconds and then go blank.
I don't think its a back light problem as I can't see anything on the screen at all.

Looked at previous threads but no one seems to provide a solution or root cause thats why asking if anyones knows of a place I can go consult.
