What you guys think about Nespresso Malaysia only selling new limited flavor In a pack?
I like almond flavored coffee so much, when they launch capsule with almond flavored I must buy many to stocked up, I so happy they launching the summer sweet vanilla almond capsule here, thought gonna be many but when I open their app no option to choose the almond flavor, then I message them they told me this new limited flavor only sold in pack, I’m ok if you want me to buy 4 sleeve but the flavor is fixed by them you cannot choose, and the flavor like they hard to sell one, clearly they want to clear up stock…..since when they so greedy a? Buy new flavor gonna bundle with capsule that no body want, From 2018 I never see such marketing from them now suddenly become like this…..

Hi everyone, I need a suggestion from u guys, my current tenant not paying rent and bills, what should I do?

They move in on mid February till April I didn’t receive single cent from this tenant, then I WhatsApp and call them on May but no reply no answer, so I use my other number to call them only answer, end up they only pay like one month rent (owe 3 month in total) and he told me not to rushing them and to be patient and I’m like wtf, ok fine then the electric bill also overdue like 3 month RM300++ in total, I know if I WhatsApp and call them they won’t even bother to answer or reply my message, so I sent them this message,

I received a called from tnb said electric bill overdue for 3 month and they will cut the supply within this few days. After this supply cut you will need to go tnb urself to open an account. The overdue amount we will pay from ur deposit, if the deposit cannot cover the overdue amount you need to pay the balance. And a screenshot of the unpaid amount from the tnb app.

Not surprised they didn’t reply, just left me on read, so I went to tnb to proceed to close the tnb account and clear the outstanding with their utilities deposit, after few days they call me and blame me why I cut the supply and close the account, and blame me I didn’t inform them, and keep sending a voice message to my mom and blame my mom all of this, keep playing a victim card there saying no money, so kecian, saying they already told us they will pay in early of June with small amount but I didn’t receive any message from them, and of course I won’t trust them cause they always gave me empty promises.

Now this tenant owe me RM2700 3 month rent, water bill RM101.85, Electricity bills RM405.

For you guys, what you guys do?

Unifi Netflix at night

I have some very odd problem at night. I can only stream 480/720p(sometimes can reach 4k but only can hold like 1-2minute then drop it to 1080/720 then back to 4k,up down up down, unstable) on my sony smart tv at night,no problem at daylight time, can easily get 4k HDR quality in 10 seconds and the speed won’t drop, And I tried watching on YouTube or Amazon Prime Video both app can get 4k quality even at night, back to Netflix app it can only stream 480p/720p. Contact Netflix they said there’s no problem with them and suggest me to contact ISP, but TM said there’s no problem with them too. I tried restart my WiFi router,restart my tv, unplug LAN cable on the tv, uninstall Netflix updates on tv, reinstall Netflix update, nothing work. Anyone facing same problem? Idk what should I do, this problem really drive me crazy.

Wifi still slow after changing wifi router

hi guys , I'm really need help here, I'm only can get 5-10mpbs on speed test before I change my wifi router, but after I bought Dlink dir-816 wifi router first test can get full speed 31mbps, but after a day the speed drop back to 5-10mbps even I got full bar of signal! I set my wifi to
-802.11ac only
-5.240ghz - CH48 I'm sure no one using this channel in my area
-WPA PERSONAL,WPA 2 with AES
-Channel width 20/40/80MHz(auto)
-I put everything wifi off but my laptop connected to wifi router

What's wrong with my setting?

No problem on LAN speed test, can get 32mbps

And I using unifi 30 Mbps plan
