seems that the wifi is missing or not switchd on...
cant find where to swithc it on, i think the adapter is like a wifi+bluetooth thingy,
blutooth can on...just no wifi icon

hi all,
i hv this satelite L310, p7350 2.0ghz c2d, 3gb ram,
boots fine into windows vista then few seconds go blank, nothing at all,
tried going into bios thinking maybe windows got problem, same thing happen, got into setup then blank oso,
this began for few days aready, before this maybe got an hour or so before happening,
can somebody help on this bos

hi,
im not sure where to post this as i know jack about audio.
im trying to get a decent/clear sound coming from an existing pa setup which consist of:

1. 1 power amp (nippon somthing, 60wt i think)
2. 3 horn like speaker with 25w driver unit (attachd to 35w trnsfrmr)
3. 2 indoor box speaker(4 speakers/dont know wattage) with 25w transfrmr

now, the sound coming from this is quiet "messy" n not clear, especially when going loud.
the amp master volume never touch halfway, the input volume aso never touch halfway, still sound no good/clear
so, can anybody shed some light on this, thanks very much!

aspire 4935 refused to power

sirs, pls help
a friend's acer 4935 seems to refuse to power on for unknown reason.
the batt is totally dead, when plugging in the adaptor the blue light near the power button is on, so power is in.
but when pressing the power button it comes to life at about 2 seconds then nothing, dead.
dont know whether charging can be done, trying it now (will update later).
any ideas sirs,
i read something about media board or power jack, could that be?
or is it mobo?
pls help good sirs

the batt seems to charge fine i think, but when tried to power on it just do nothing, power light is on though

a friend bought this lcd tv mainly becoz he was convinced by the seller about the price and internet connection.
basically i know nothing about lcd tv internet connection. its got a wireless lan port. so how do i connect to the internet?
my friend tried the cable from the modem to the tv rj45, question is, whats the port and how to make it work to get internet?

acer 4740g cursor n arrow keys problem

hi guys, really need help insolving some mysteries,
1. i hv this ACER 4740g that first makes beeping sound during start, thst id during the bios thingy, then it goes on to loading windows (W7 32bit).
2. certain keys, in exact the arrow keys pointing RIGHT and DOWN dont work, either in bios or windows, 2 days ago the downward key still work, now no more
3. the cursor seems fine in not moving itself, but, when trying to open something, say when a box is open, the options move from one to another so fast as if the tab key is pressd or something
4. often, when i click something like a shortcut, a box asking whether to permanently delete it would come, and, problem 3 would come up (moving itself from options delete, cancel, ok, or whatever, so fast)
very hard to stop even when i clik the mouse cursor over x or cancel or any of the options,

guys please help with this, its an i3 with 3 gb ram, 500gb hd, nvidia geforce 310 512mb.
hv updated windows 7 to sp1, hv updated the bios to 1.10

when unrar the .exe file it turnd to some .tmp file, never got that prob before?

650d cooling fan change

hi, want to ask if this is a good combination for a silent and great cooling solution for my corsair 650d:

1. change the stock 200mm front and top fan to cmstorm force 200mm both.
2. change the stock 120mm rear fan to arctic f12
3. change the stock 120mm cm212+ fan to arctic f12 (push pull combo)

thinking of making all those changes and need input how will they perform or any suggestions.
yes, noctua would be great but i hv no budget for it now

i'm pretty curios with these two temps, what r they and should they be that high.
it fluctuates from 0 - 64c

i just bilt this rig yesterday, after stumbling with the os until today, manage to get it running quite healthily for now.
so, time to know what can i do with it.
never really oc before so give noob full lesson yeah.

hi, want to ask about install problem.
i had my win7x64 500gb sata wd hd removed from old pc(which was fine) and transferd to my new rig as below:
i5 2500k
asrock xtreme4g3
4gbx2 ddr3 1333 team elite
hd6950

i didnt change anything from the bios as i just want it to run first.
but it refused to boot ( got to that starting or welcome and reboot just when the four colour logo came together).

After many repairing sessions later, win7 just quit on me saying cannot repair or something.
Thinking maybe that i somehow corrupted the os i tried a new install of x64 again. This time in setup, when it comes to that expanding windows segment, it says something about error code something (of which i cant remember).
exact thing happen again n again.

whats going on here, bios settings? dvd installer?
to good folks out there, pls help me in solving this one
